Project Overview
Completed as a prior professional engagement for an automotive service business, this project combined high-intent paid search with an ongoing social-content system across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Google Ads supported customers actively searching for automotive services, while daily short-form publishing maintained a consistent brand presence across the primary social channels. Presented anonymously, this case study documents the multichannel scope, operating process, and day-to-day execution without disclosing the organization’s identity or proprietary performance information. Presented anonymously to protect the organization’s identity, advertising data, and original social-media materials. No unverified performance claims are published.

The Problem
Automotive marketing needed to address two distinct customer behaviors. Some prospects were actively searching for a specific service and required an immediate, relevant paid-search response. Others encountered the business through social content before developing an urgent service need. Treating these audiences as a single customer journey would have weakened both channels.
The assignment also required dependable execution across several platforms. Google Ads needed structured management, while TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook required a consistent stream of short-form content. Each platform had different viewing behaviors and content formats, but the overall presentation still needed to feel connected, recognizable, and current.
The Solution
Google Ads campaigns were managed to support high-intent searches connected to automotive services. Ongoing account work focused on search relevance, geographic targeting, negative-keyword needs, advertising messages, and the destination paths presented to prospective customers.
Alongside paid search, a repeatable daily content system was maintained across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Short-form content formed the center of the publishing cadence, allowing the business to communicate its services, automotive expertise, and day-to-day activity through platform-appropriate social formats.
Together, paid search and social content served complementary roles. Google Ads addressed active customer demand, while daily publishing strengthened ongoing visibility and brand continuity. This case study documents the strategy and execution of that multichannel system without presenting confidential campaign data or unverifiable performance claims.
