Project Overview
A prior SightifyAds engagement for a local children’s museum and family-entertainment destination. Google Ads management was organized around three practical discovery paths: phone inquiries, website visits, and searches connected to an in-person visit. The account was managed to help local families find the right information quickly while maintaining relevant visibility across high-intent searches.
Presented anonymously to protect the organization’s identity and proprietary advertising data. Campaign names, account identifiers, budget information, and detailed performance metrics have been withheld.
The Problem
Search behavior for a family-entertainment venue is fragmented. One parent may be looking for open play, another for birthday-party information, and another simply for hours, directions, or something to do nearby. Although these searches concern the same destination, they represent different levels of intent and should not be treated as one generic customer journey.
The account therefore needed a clear local paid-search structure capable of supporting phone calls, website visits, and in-person discovery. The management approach also had to preserve message relevance, control overlap between search themes, and direct each user toward the information or action most appropriate to the query.
The Solution
Google Ads was structured around three primary objectives rather than a single traffic goal: phone inquiries, website visits, and local discovery connected to an in-person visit. Search themes, messaging, and destination paths were aligned with those objectives so that users could move from a relevant query to the appropriate next action.
Account management included recurring evaluation of search-term relevance, negative-keyword needs, geographic targeting, ad messaging, and conversion paths. This created a more disciplined account structure for a business serving families with several distinct reasons to search.
Because the engagement has concluded and remains confidential, this case study documents the campaign architecture and management approach without publishing the organization’s identity or proprietary performance data.
